UCSF 物理治疗 at Mount Zion cares for patients of all ages with movement dysfunction. We are dedicated to helping patients recover and meet their physical function goals.

We offer personalized physical therapy evaluations, patient education and therapies to aid healing, recover function and improve performance. 这些治疗方法, available both in person and via telehealth, include exercise plans, functional activities and neuromuscular reeducation. We evaluate each patient carefully in order to design a treatment program that meets their individual needs.

Our clinic accepts referrals for established patients of UCSF and 加州大学旧金山分校附属机构. Referrals should be dated within the past two months.

If you would like to become a UCSF patient:

  1. Search for a UCSF primary or specialty care provider in your insurance network.
  2. Schedule an appointment.
  3. At your appointment, request a referral for physical therapy or rehabilitation. Specialists in orthopedics and neurology can typically provide referrals for these services.
